Story

Little Axolotl and Friends is the story about Little Axolotl, who was caught by a fisherman but managed to escape. He ends up on the other side of the lake, in a magical and completely unfamiliar underwater world, on Candy Island. He is lost and scared, afraid that he may never return home to his family in Ruby Valley. But he meets new friends: the grumpy Uncle Joe the Starfish, the caring Missy the Snail, and the cheerful Tutti the Fish, who all try their best to help him.

Little Axolotl receives from Uncle Joe one half of a key to a treasure chest that holds a map of the underwater lands. To open the chest in Black Cave, where the ancient and frightening monster Obscuro lives, Little Axolotl must retrieve the other half of the key from Slither, a greedy and cunning water worm who once stole it from Uncle Joe by pretending to be his cane.

Thus begins an exciting underwater adventure, full of traps, magic, and unexpected alliances, where even the smallest hero can show great courage for the sake of his dream to return home.
